

I would recommend anyone looking for a nice location, clean facility, great customer service, safe environment, and reasonable price! This public storage location is it!!!!!! Sharon thank you for hiring someone like Sherrie she is doing great when you are not there!!!! THANK YOU LADIES!!! The building is super clean, nice size units, and very convenient. She was professional, did her correct training, she knew what she was doing and most of all she had superb customer service! This is my second time going back to this location. Sherrie’s customer service made me feel so comfortable that I opened a new unit with her! She did a great job getting me set up with my unit. When I got there the employee SHERRIE was very informative and detailed about the special I was inquiring about. I recently called in to see if there were any summer specials with Nicole/Nikki not sure of her name but she wasn’t informative. She is the sweetest woman! Made my transition very smoothly.


I have had a previous storage unit with this facility about two years ago with Sharon being the manager. This type of customer service is not suited for a company that large. Public storage seems like a big enough company spanning the entire country, hundreds of locations. One who would probably have the same part in the contract but I’ll know it next time. I will surely pick another company next time. Regardless of how completely unfair a value I got for April rent, and I can’t use it for the remaining 29 days I paid for because I moved out. It’s in the contract I signed so I’m out of luck but if you ask me that’s a really terrible thing to do to people. Upon trying to reach the office at my location over three calls I ended up in customer service and they told me in my contract it says they don’t offer a prorated refund. On the second the public storage processed my move out without me having to let them know which was pretty cool.

The next day on the first my autopay processed and we moved out. I really wanted to move out March 31, but it was just simply not gonna happen they way my kids were. I am completely dissatisfied, however, because I was charge the full month for moving out the first day of April. It was really annoying that during covid you have to check out the carts and then take them over to the storage. Everything was really great the entire 9 months.
